What's Included

Longitude Tier 0 — Starter

  • AI analysis of your medical records to find important health information that affects your weight loss plan
  • Custom nutrition plan based on eating fewer calories or intermittent fasting (eating only during certain hours), designed just for you
  • Exercise program to improve your heart health and how your body uses energy, adjusted to match your fitness level
  • Digital Coach: A smart chat tool you can use anytime to talk about your progress, ask questions, and get help staying on track
  • Doctor supervision and safety checks throughout your weight loss journey

GLP-1 Medication

  • Prescription medicine (like Ozempic or Wegovy) that helps control your appetite and supports weight loss
  • Insurance help: We work with your insurance company to get coverage for lab tests and medication, including handling all the paperwork
  • Cash payment options available if your insurance doesn't cover it, so you can keep getting care without interruption
  • Regular check-ins and medicine adjustments supervised by your doctor

How It Works

Step 1: Complete Health Review

Your journey starts with a smart computer system that reads your medical records to find important health conditions, medications, and other factors that affect your weight loss plan. This makes sure your plan is safe and right for you from day one.

Step 2: Custom Nutrition Plan

A powerful anti-inflammatory injection that reduces swelling and relieves pain in joints or soft tissues. Often used to treat tendonitis, bursitis, arthritis, or sports-related injuries.

Step 3: Starting GLP-1 Medicine

GLP-1 medicines help you lose weight by controlling your appetite and improving how your body handles food. Your doctor will prescribe the right medicine and watch how it works for you, adjusting the dose as needed for best results.

Step 4: Exercise Program

Your exercise plan focuses on improving your heart health and how your body burns energy. While exercise alone causes modest weight loss (usually 4 to 7 pounds), it's one of the best ways to keep weight off long-term and supports your overall success.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

Your Digital Coach gives you continuous help, answers your questions, and helps you stick to your plan. Your doctor watches over everything to make sure you stay safe as you work toward your goals.

What to Expect

Weight Loss

  • Most people lose 5% to 10% of their body weight with this program. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you might lose 10 to 20 pounds.
  • The GLP-1 medication helps you lose more weight than diet and exercise alone.
  • You'll typically see your best results within 6 to 12 months of starting the program.

Health Improvements

  • Lower cholesterol (triglycerides), smaller waist size, and better blood sugar control
  • Improved blood pressure and how your body uses insulin
  • Less dangerous belly fat around your organs

Long-Term Success

Regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep weight off after you lose it. The Weight Loss Pathway helps you build healthy habits that last beyond your initial weight loss.
